Villa in Cape Coral

The fully air-conditioned Villa Weiss is located in the south-east of Cape Coral on a wide, quiet canal. Upon entering the villa you are able to enjoy the beautiful view from the living room over the pool to the wide canal.

To the left of the house is the master bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The three other bedrooms with two bathrooms are on the other side of the house. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The central part of the villa is divided into a kitchen with quartz bar as well as a dining and living area. Of course each bedroom has its own LED TV and in the living room a large flat screen with DVD player and Bose sound system.

In our south facing Lanai area you will find our large outdoor kitchen with barbecue and two cooktops. The outdoor area also has a heated pool with lots of sun beds to relax on.

With pleasure we also rent you a motor boat. If you go down the Fermi Canal by boat, you are on the Caloosahatchee River within 15 minutes. On the way to the Gulf of Mexico you have the opportunity to see various animals such as pelicans, dolphins and manatees. You can also take our 2-person kayak through the mangroves of the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve.
